Every order is carefully inspected and hand-packed in our workshop to ensure ceramic, linen, and wooden items arrive in perfect condition.
- Dispatch Time: Orders ship within 3–5 business days.
- Flat Rate Shipping: We charge a simple $6 flat shipping fee across all standard orders.
- Eco-Friendly Packaging: We ship exclusively in plain, recyclable, plastic-free materials.
- Order Tracking: A dispatch confirmation with tracking details will be emailed as soon as your parcel is on its way.
Returns & Exchanges
If an item does not feel right in your living space, we are happy to process an exchange or return for store credit within 30 days of delivery.
- Item Condition: Goods must be unused, unwashed, and returned in their original packaging.
- How to Start a Return: Get in touch via our contact form with your order number and item details.
- Damaged Goods: Ceramics and glass are fragile. If an item arrives broken, email us a photo within 48 hours and we will ship an immediate replacement.
